Details:
Jamel is a small village in Mecklenburg Vorpommern that is mostly inhabited by neonazis. The artist couple Lohmeyer dissociates itself from the right wing community and actively works against it in rather clever ways: Since many years they yearly carry out a festival against right wing sympathy: "Jamel rockt den Förster". Many considerable bands like "Kraftklub", "Die Toten Hosen", "Madsen" and "Beatsteaks" played there free of charge. Now a small team made of architects, interior architects and designers made it their task to provide a good festival architecture. Our layout should be sustainable, reusable and should work with minimum space requirements.
